Trusts & Fiduciary Services
- Advise clients on strategies to minimize and resolve disputes arising from trusts and estates, including trust disputes, possible breaches of fiduciary duties, and will contests
- Serve as fiduciary (personal representative, trustee, agent under a power of attorney) and handle trust management and administration
- Assist fiduciaries in petitioning the probate court to have a personal representative appointed for the estate
- Advise personal representatives and trustees on asset management and distributions to heirs and beneficiaries
- Represent beneficiaries under wills and trusts, and heirs in intestate estates

- Residential and commercial real estate matters, with an emphasis on conveyancing (buying, selling, mortgaging)

About
Nancy Weissman
I hold two Ivy League degrees (Brown and Yale) and two professional degrees (Juris Doctor and Master’s in Public and Private Management). I opened the firm in Massachusetts after seven years in the public sector, including a stint regulating financial institutions for the U.S. Treasury in Washington D.C.
Our Staff
We work with a group of independent paralegals and other professionals to address clients’ issues. We have a small and talented staff on site.
